SatoVacations wins Carnival's Pinnacle Award - Jun 2009
Congratulations to SatoVacations for receiving Carnival Cruise Lines' "Pinnacle Award," which recognizes SatoVacations as one of the top marketers of the "Fun Ship" vacation experience. The Pinnacle Award acknowledges high-volume travel agencies that meet certain sales criteria and demonstrate exceptional professionalism, creativity in sales and marketing techniques, and outstanding support of the Carnival product.
"Travel agencies are an important part of our distribution system, which is why we created the 'Pinnacle Club' to recognize high-volume agencies like SatoVacations who are truly experts in their field and exhibit the highest levels of professionalism," said Joni Rein, Carnival's vice president of worldwide sales.

To recognize induction into this elite group, a beautiful gemstone globe was presented to SatoVacations. It will be displayed at the CWTSatoTravel office in Arlington, Va.
CWT named "Most Admired Travel Management Company" The Beat Live - Sep 23-25, 2010
Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) was named “Most Admired Travel Management Company” during The Beat Live industry event held in Chicago, September 23-24.
For the second time since the award was created three years ago, CWT was named the “Most Admired Travel Management Company” by readers of The Beat, a leading online publication that many of you may be familiar with. In a survey conducted last summer, readers from around the world were asked which company in each of six supplier segments (airline, hotel company, car rental company, travel management company, technology provider, payment system) they “most admire for its policies, management style and service for business clients.” Readers could not vote for their own company.
