The Pinnacle Award acknowledges high-volume travel agencies that meet certain sales criteria and demonstrate exceptional professionalism, creativity in sales and marketing techniques, and outstanding support of the Carnival product.

Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) was named “Most Admired Travel Management Company” during The Beat Live industry event held in Chicago, September 23-24.

For the second time since the award was created three years ago, CWT was named the “Most Admired Travel Management Company” by readers of The Beat, a leading online publication that many of you may be familiar with. In a survey conducted last summer, readers from around the world were asked which company in each of six supplier segments (airline, hotel company, car rental company, travel management company, technology provider, payment system) they “most admire for its policies, management style and service for business clients.” Readers could not vote for their own company.
